Domestic orders are packed with Thick Carton Box, Hays and Paper wrap to avoid transit Damages.
International orders are packed with Thick Carton Box, Shredded Paper and Plastic wrap to avoid transit Damages.
All Packages are Insured via Marine Insurance Policy.
If Any Dolls damaged during transit, we will send a replacement for that

Based on Your Cart Items Wight and Delivery Address Shipping charge will be calculated and Notified during checkout process.
2.Why Shipping charge Varies
Clay items are too Heavy and Paper Mache items are larger, So Package will have weight of minimum 10kg to 50 kg, That’s why shipping charge is varies

4. I have placed my Order! What's next?
1. Payment Accepted : Your Order Is Conformed and Payment got transferred.
2. Preparation in progress : Your order is under process.
3. Shipped : Your Order is handover-ed to courier partner and track through tracking url
4. Delivered. : As per the Tracking Number Your order got delivered.

All Dolls are all sale in Navarathri Season Only, all other days we will have less stock only.

6. How to track my order?

7. Is other Country Credit Cards Acceptable?
Yes. We accept most of the credit cards issues across worldwide
8. Return
Product returns are acceptable for defective / damaged / wrong products delivered.
9. Cancelation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Please Contact Our Customer care for Cancellation.
Once You have confirmed the cancellation. Your Payment will be refunded within 48 hours.(3% Payment Gateway Charges are Applicable)
10. Is there any Tax to be paid on delivery – Domestic and International?
If Customs Duty or Municipality Tax is Applicable in your Delivery location, Same has to be paid by customer Only.
